It's time to get spooky at City Hall

Calling all ghosts, ghouls, and goblins! It’s time to transform City Hall into the spookiest place in town.
You can join in the fun by picking up one of our special Halloween coloring pages and returning it completed or bring in your own homemade Halloween craft or picture. You’ll receive a sweet Halloween treat as a thank you!
