Community Center

The Agency Area Community Center is located at 102 W Main Street in Agency, Iowa.

Our facility is a great place to host Family Reunions, Graduations, Birthday Parties or any activity that requires a little extra space! There are 14 long tables and 100 folding chairs, along with 12 cushioned chairs that are suitable for a head table.

The kitchen is large and has 2 refrigerators, an electric stove, along with a large island for preparation or serving. Utensils and towels are furnished for your event if you choose to use them. A dumpster is provided for refuse removal.

Please review the attached Rental Agreement Form that is required to secure the facility.  

Rental Cost is $100.00 due within 7 days from the date you call to make the reservation.  There is a $125.00 cash only cleaning deposit due on the day that you pick up the key.  This cleaning deposit is returned to you if you complete the cleaning checklist.
